BODYROCK FAT BURN CHALLENGE | DAY 1



  • Beginners: Drop everything on the floor & take out the weights on each move. Especially on the Ball Push Up, exercise 6 today.
  • Advanced BodyRockers - Wear your BodyRock Weighted Vests & Smash this out twice through.
  • Set Your Interval Timers to 50 Seconds on with a 10 second rest. Then complete the next exercise.
  1. Push-Up + Upright Row
  2. Half Burpee + Monkey Pushup
  3. Shoulder Squat + Twist
  4. Dive Bombers
  5. Pushup + Row + Spider Twist
  6. Ball Pushup Elevated
  7. Double Squat
  8. Lunge Twist + Knee Lift Left
  9. Lunge Twist + Knee Lift Right
  10. Tuck Abs + Press (L+R Alternating)
  11. V-Ab Rolls
  12. Clean & Press + Squat & Press + Double Row
