BALTIMORE CRAB CAKES: Ingredients : One half cup of mayo, one beaten egg,  1 TBSP Dijon mustard,  1 TBSP Worchestershire sauce,  1/2 TBSP hot sauce,  One LB crab meat (Jumbo Lump is the best!),  1/2 c almond flour Method: In a small bowl, mix mayo, egg, mustard, sauces. I another bowl, mix crab meat and flour. Pour contents of small bowl into the crab/almond mixture. Mix gently, but well. Pat out into individual cakes. Refrigerate for about an hour. Fry in oil (About 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup oil)

Today I will be making Dan Dan Noodles for my Danny!! I love making Seonkyoung Longest recipes. They are a favorite and she is so darn cute.  Dan Dan Mian as known as Dan Dan Noodles is signature Sichuan street food in Sichuan, China. My meat is marinating now. I chose to use ground Turkey. Manuka Glazed Salmom

INGREDIENTS: 1.5-2 pounds raw salmon 1 teaspoon pink salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons turmeric 1.5 tablespoons manuka honey 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Juice from 1 large lemon INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 2. Place the salmon in a glass baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. 3. Drizzle the manuka honey over the seasoned fish. Try to evenly spread it with a spoon. It will gradually heat up and become easier to spread evenly over the fish. 4. Drizzle the fish with olive oil. 5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish. 6.   To make a Keto Friendly fried chicken we skipped the flour and went for pork rinds and Parmesan. Almond flour helps adhere everything together as well for a perfectly crisp chicken. We also baked this chicken to skip all of the unnecessary oil but it still bakes into a chicken breast that you would swear was fried.
