BALTIMORE CRAB CAKES(paleo)

BALTIMORE CRAB CAKES:



Ingredients:

One half cup of mayo, one beaten egg,
 1 TBSP Dijon mustard,
 1 TBSP Worchestershire sauce,
 1/2 TBSP hot sauce, 
One LB crab meat (Jumbo Lump is the best!),
 1/2 c almond flour

Method: In a small bowl, mix mayo, egg, mustard, sauces. I another bowl, mix crab meat and flour. Pour contents of small bowl into the crab/almond mixture. Mix gently, but well. Pat out into individual cakes. Refrigerate for about an hour. Fry in oil (About 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup oil)
