  Ingredients 1 1/2   pounds   ground beef 2   garlic cloves   minced 2   eggs   lightly beaten 1/4   cup   almond meal or flour 1   teaspoon   kosher or sea salt   or to taste 1/4   teaspoon   freshly ground black pepper   or to taste 2   pounds   ripe tomatoes 2   garlic cloves 3   tablespoons   white onion   chopped 1 to 2   tablespoons   chipotle chiles in adobo sauce   or to taste 1   chipotle chile in adobo sauce   optional 2   tablespoons  avocado  oil 1   cup   chicken broth 2 to 3  fresh cilantro sprigs   or to taste To Prepare In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with the eggs, minced garlic, almond meal, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. Crawfish and Corn Soup Recipe

  Ingredients: 4 cups corn on the cob (from boiled crawfish) or 4 cans of corn 2 pounds boiled crawfish tails 1 quart low-sodium chicken stock or chicken bone broth 1/2 cup celery and 1/4 cup cream mixed together 1 quart heavy whipping cream mixed with tablespoon arrowroot 1 can creamed style corn 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped 4 bay leaves 1 teaspoon ground basil Salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning (to taste) Avocado Oil for sautéing Toasted buttered sourdough bread (for serving) Instructions: Heat a 6-quart saucepan over medium heat and coat the bottom with enough oil to sauté the onion. Add the finely chopped onion, bay leaves, and a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the onion is translucent and fragrant. If using corn on the cob from boiled crawfish, remove the corn kernels from the cobs. If not, you can use canned corn. Add the corn kernels to the sautéed onion mixture. Gluten Free STRAWBERRY DUMP CAKE - 3 INGREDIENT DESSERT RECIPE!

  Equipment 9 x 13 baking dish Ingredients 21    oz    strawberry pie filling    one can  mix about  15 oz Or use  homemade  strawberry filling 1 box  gluten free white or yellow cake mix ¾ cup     unsalted  butter 1  ½ sticks of butter Instructions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Coat the inside of a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Dump a can of strawberry pie filling into the dish and spread out to cover the bottom. Pour the box of cake mix over the pie filling.  Cover evenly. Melt butter and drizzle over the top of the dry cake mix. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Cool a few minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS 1   tablespoon   olive oil 3   shallots  -  diced 1   bunch   green onions  -  chopped, green and white divided 4   cloves   garlic  -  minced 2   tablespoon   ginger  -  fresh, minced 5.5   cups   low sodium chicken broth  -  or vegetable broth for vegan 2   whole star anise 2   tablespoon   soy sauce  -  or Tamari for a Gluten Free option 10   oz   crimini mushrooms  -  sliced 6   oz   rice noodles 1.5   heads   bok choy  -  roughly chopped sesame seeds  -  for topping red pepper flakes  -  for topping INSTRUCTIONS   Heat 1-2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium-sized stockpot over medium heat.
