Ingredients:
  • Palm sized amount cooked chicken
  • 1 cooked sweet potato
  • Big bunch of lettuce
  • Choose 3 to 5 salad vegetables that are on hand.
  • Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
  • A few olives
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Drizzle of balsamic vinegar

How To Make It:

  1. Add a huge handful of lettuce to a big bowl.
  2. Top with all the remaining ingredients.
  3. You can add each ingredient in a pile, then eat it as it is or stir everything together.
  4. Or you can simply add all ingredients into a big bowl and dig in.
