 I have done a few of these. And each one I have like a little differently. This one I used for 7 days and did it right before Christmas. I knew I was going to eat crap after I did. But I ate more veggies and fruit and fish. This worked so well. Too well. Remember when you cleanse not to overdo 7 days. Ask your doctor too.
 The immune system and digestive tract are constantly being stressed each and every day.
