CHINESE EGG DROP SOUP
I LOVE this simple soup! It has a lot of flavor, is easy to make, and is the perfect way to enjoy homemade chicken broth. It's especially nice when feeling a little under the weather and you want a simple soup to throw together. Get it and 3 other recipes from my soup cookbook at the link below!
Ingredients: 
4 cups/.9 liters chicken stock
1-inch/2.5-cm fresh ginger
3 green onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon organic
cornstarch, arrowroot
powder, or tapioca starch
1 tablespoon soy sauce or
tamari or coconut aminos
Unrefined salt to taste
White pepper to taste
3 large eggs, whisked
