 MY REVIEW:

 The benefits of turmeric are just astounding. You may have seen all the recipes I have posted all over Facebook and my blog. But most are for relieving pain and colds. But having a hot beverage of turmeric all the time can be.. well for me too much. The amount you have to use makes your drink chalky. When I am flavoring it with almond milk or lemon and honey. Not so bad. But it is a hot drink. I don't always want a hot drink. And putting in my smoothies I forget. But taking the supplement makes it much easier than sometimes for me choking down a few tablespoons. I love that it helps with inflammation. I workout a lot. And when doing so inflammation. Plus I love the benefits for your skin and hair. This is a lovely supplement. It goes for a beauty 10.
