  1. One Arm Burpee (Left+Right)
  2. Push-Up Under Knee (Left+Right)
  3. Lunge & Kick (Left)
  4. Lunge & Kick (Right)
  5. Squat + Side Kick (Left+Right)
  6. 10 Mountain Climbers + 10 Crab Touches
  7. Reverse Pull-Ups
  8. Lunge + Side Out Squat (Left)
  9. Lunge + Side Out Squat (Right)
  10. Bike Abs
  11. Oblique Tuck Abs
  12. Plank Punch
