Apple Pecan Turkey Salad

Ingredients
| 1 cup | Cooked turkey, diced or shredded (or cooked chicken breast) 1 |
| 1/4 cup | Plain low fat Greek yogurt |
| 1/4 tsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 small | Apple, diced |
| 1 stalk | Celery, diced |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Pepper |
| 1 pkt | Stevia (optional) or 1 T RAW honey |
| 2 tbs | Chopped pecans (or nut of choice) |
| Optional: | 1/4 cup dried cranberries |
Method
THE ESTIMATED TOTAL TIME TO MAKE THIS RECIPE IS 5-10 MINUTES.
Add everything to a medium bowl, and mix well to combine. Enjoy immediately at room temperature, or serve chilled over a bed of lettuce, stuffed in a whole grain pita, or just as is with a side of whole grain pita chips or crackers!
