Healthified Cranberry Sauce

Feast Week!

Preparation/Cooking time: 20-30 minutes
4 servings
Vegan, gluten-free

3 cups cranberries
2 oranges, skin and pith removed
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1/2 TSP cinnamon
1/4 TSP nutmeg

Peel orange, remove white rind, and chop into 1/2″ pieces
Add cranberries, orange pieces, honey, water and spices to saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring every now and then.
Remove from heat and pour into bowl. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
