Raw Cheesecake Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Sprouted cashew butter
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS:
- In blender, chop dates first to make sure they will integrate in the pudding smoothly
- Combine all remaining ingredients in blender
- Blend until smooth
- Refrigerate and serve cold
