30 Seconds 2 ROUNDS
1. Burpees - 30 sec
2. Crab Kicks - 30 sec
3. Donkey Kick Jump Tuck - 30 sec
4. Low Jacks - 30 sec
5. Side Jump Lunge - 30 sec
Each exercise is 30 seconds long so you'll have to go through this circuit twice in order to complete 5 minutes. Good luck and have fun!
