MY TAKE:
I really have a problem staying asleep lately. I use to sleep alot! I miss those days! These days I do alot of 20 minute naps when I get lost sleep at night. Usually kicks in around 1:30 am or 2:30. Sleep is so important for resting your muscles for muscle growth,regenerating cells,basically keeping you young. I love sleeping. My body sure does not think so.
So when I got this water enhancer I was stoked. But shocked to see the little itty bitty envelope it came in. But when you read it you only need a 1/2 teaspoon and it has 10 servings. So I decided to drink some with my nightly supplements. I always take magnesium and on and off melantonin. But with melantonin if you take for too long the effects do not work. Your body gets immune. Those days I take off my rest suffers. But the drink was citrus and was pleasant tasting. I liked it.
I found it calmed me down. Must be the chamomile in it. And falling asleep was easy. I did get up at my normal time but this time I drank another glass of the enhancer. Which helped me get back to sleep. I found it helpful. It is a drink to try out if you have anxiety,muscle soreness at night and cannot sleep well. Plus it tastes nice.
