MY TAKE:

 By far this one of my favorites of the phytocereamides. No gluten,no additives. It also did amazing growth in my hair and nails. Even my cuticles and heels feel and look better. Which I walk barefoot alot and have to coat my feet with lotion. I really love phytoceramides and what it does for your overall health of skin,nails and hair. It is a supplement I will always continue to use.
