Zuzka's 5 Minute Burn: Abs


You will need:
Your Choice of Lotus Yoga Mat

5 Minute Burn

Jump Squat forward/back 10 reps
Side Crunch - left side 10 reps
Side Crunch - right side 10 reps
Plank and Kick Through 10 reps

Try to complete as many rounds as possible during the 5 minute countdown. Do not take a break and do not stop until the 5 minutes is over.
