Creamy Sriracha Mayonnaise
My healthy version of creamy Sriracha sauce that can be used as a topping for just about anything. It's also wonderful as a salad dressing or as a vegetable dip.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons of crushed sesame seeds (black or white)
- 1 tablespoon Mirin or sweet rice wine
- 3-5 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (gluten-free)
- 1/4 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- sea salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Use a pestle and mortar to crush your sesame seeds.
- Mix all ingredients (including crushed sesame seeds) thoroughly in a bowl.
- Let sit in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes in order for the ingredients to fully socialize.
- Serve the best condiment ever!
