Creamy Sriracha Mayonnaise

Creamy Sriracha Mayonnaise
My healthy version of creamy Sriracha sauce that can be used as a topping for just about anything. It's also wonderful as a salad dressing or as a vegetable dip.

  1. 1 cup of mayonnaise
  2. 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
  3. 3 tablespoons of crushed sesame seeds (black or white)
  4. 1 tablespoon Mirin or sweet rice wine
  5. 3-5 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  7. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (gluten-free)
  8. 1/4 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  9. sea salt (to taste)
  1. Use a pestle and mortar to crush your sesame seeds.
  2. Mix all ingredients (including crushed sesame seeds) thoroughly in a bowl.
  3. Let sit in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes in order for the ingredients to fully socialize.
  4. Serve the best condiment ever!
