Poached Salmon w/ Herbs

14 ounces fresh wild salmon filet (2 small fillets)
2 TBS fresh chives, chopped
2 TBS coconut oil
2 TBS fresh parsley, chopped
2 TBS fresh basil leaves
2 TBS fresh lemon thyme
2 garlic cloves
Pink Himalayan salt and ground pepper

Place each filet onto a foil sheet.
Split all the ingredients in half and place them on each fish filet and close the foil.
Bake into the oven for 20 minutes at 350F.
