These spicy meatballs are made with Mexican spices, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Low carb and gluten free!

Ingredients
- 1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- ¼ c Jalapenos, diced
- 1 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Roll into 1-2 inch balls, they will shrink as they bake.
- Bake in a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
