These spicy meatballs are made with Mexican spices, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Low carb and gluten free!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ¼ c Jalapenos, diced
  • 1 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Roll into 1-2 inch balls, they will shrink as they bake.
  4. Bake in a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
