INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 bunch kale
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup red grapes
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup water (or until consistency is reached)
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients together in a powerful blender.
