Blueberry Mango Salad

Blueberry Mango Salad with Ginger Tahini Dressing


  • 2 handfuls organic spring salad mix
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 1/2 cup organic mango (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup organic pecans


  1. Add 2 handfuls of spring salad mix to your plate and sprinkle the blueberries, diced mango and pecans over the top.
  2. Drizzle the Tahini Ginger Dressing over the top. Enjoy!
Ginger Tahini Dressing


  • 2 tablespoons organic raw tahini
  • 1/2 - 1 tablespoon organic raw honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon organic ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons purified/filtered water


  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Adjust sweetener to your preference and water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
