Sean used the **New** Hiit Sandbells Today … Really easy we filled them with rocks. We filled our bags with 30 Pounds each.

Sean wanted to get on board with you so he will be doing a workout a week with us throughout this challenge.
For those who are new to us, Sean’s workouts are really tough and effective & if you go hard you will defiantly feel the burn.
