> Sand Bag
> Timer

30 seconds of work - 10 seconds of rest for 3 rounds

1) Front Squat + Tricep Overhead
2) Shoulder Tap Plank
3) Deadlift + Row
4) Skipping
5) Side Plank Lifts x2
