I am no means a vegan or vegetarian. But eating a Paleo lifestyle you find you eat enormous amounts of veggies. And loads of RAW food too. I love the recipes from this book. I did make the Coconut Ice Cream...oh my it was soo good. I love anything coconut. And the Sweet Potato Halwa is next to make. Yum. The other recipes I made that were really good are: Sauteed Napa Cabbage,Stir Fried Vegetables and Ginger Pumpkin Soup. All the recipes I made were really good. And I plan on making more. This is a great Vegan book and I recommend it!
