Fruit and Veggie Shake

  1. 1 Apple
  2. 3 Celery Stalks
  3. 1/2 bunch of Kale
  4. 1/ 2 cucumber
  5. 1 Grapefruit or orange
  6. 2 Carrots
  7. 1 Quart of water
  1. Clean the celery,cucumber, kale, carrots, and apple.
  2. Cut off the peel of the grapefruit.
  3. Toss a few handfuls of ice in the Vitamix so the shake stays cool when it is blending.
  4. Cut the apple in quarters and toss in the blender.
  5. Cut the celery in thirds and toss in.
  6. Cut the carrots, grapefruit, kale, and radicchio in half and toss in.
  7. Add water and blend until desired consistency.
  8. I prefer silky smooth and the Vitamix does a great job with that!
  9.  Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Serve and Enjoy!
