Strawberry Mint Infused Water

Another way to infuse water for a refreshing way to get your daily intake....
3 quarts ice water (or water and ice combination)
1 cup ssliced ripe strawberries
3 sprigs fresh mint (bruise leaves to release flavor)
1 sprig fresh lemon balm (bruise leaves to release flavor)
Fill a three quart pitcher with ice cold water, or a combination of water and ice cubes. Mix in the strawberries, mint and lemon balm. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to infuse.
Try making this with several different fruit and herb combinations. Melons are particularly good!
Makes apx 12 1 cup servings
