Herbed Baked Salmon

Line baking sheet with foil and place fillets, skin side down.

Use a food processor or blender to combine butter, herbs, garlic cloves, parmesan and orange juice. You can also dice everything by hand and whisk everything together.

Apply a layer of herbed butter to each fillet, season with salt and pepper. Bake it at 415F, for about 15 minutes. Use a fork to check if the fish is cooked through.
