Anti-Sunburn Bath Soak with Milk, Aloe and Oats
Ingredients and Equipment:
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • ½ cup of plain grounded oatmeal
  • ¼ cup of aloe vera gel
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Bowl
  • Spatula
Directions:
  • Pour the milk, aloe and honey in the bowl and mix to incorporate
  • Next, add in the oatmeal and fold gently
How to Use:
  • Ready the tub with comfortably hot water, and then pour in the soak
  • Next, step into the tub and allow yourself to soak for up to 30 minutes
