Which size is correct for me?
The exercise ball that you need depends on a few things - your height, leg length and purpose of the ball. The correct size exercise ball will allow for a 90-degree angle at your knees and your thighs to parallel the floor while sitting on top.

 MY REVIEW:

 I love exercise balls. Expecially when you do your workouts at home. I do HIIT training,Tabata and Circuits. The ball comes in handy for some of my resistance with dumbbells too. This was a great sturdy ball. I got the 65cm. I am short they say the 55cm. But I have been working out way too long and the bigger the ball the harder on some exercises. It works well for ab exercises too. And it can easy replace a bench if you do not have one. Great for balance. Came with pins to plug the whole wear you pump air into. It was very easy to pump. And on their site gives you great exercises you can follow. Especially if you have never used a exercise ball for workouts. This is a great company for fitness products. I am working out today and using my ball. I love it.
