Summertime is the perfect time to give your juicer a workout! With farm markets overflowing and the fresh, bright flavors of summer everywhere we look, here are four delicious juices that your entire family can enjoy. And they’re a great way to sneak in some fruits and veggies that your children may not always ask for.
For each recipe, simply wash all ingredients and fill your juicer. After juicing you may chill the juice for a few minutes, but be sure to mix it all up and drink it right away for maximum nutritional benefit.

Take the bottle of vicks vaporub from your medical kit and rub it on the cracked heels. Cover your heels with socks and wake up to beautiful feet!
In the morning, wash your feet properly. And then pamper your feet by soaking em in lukewarm water mixed with salts. Stay in there for about 10 minutes and be assured to notice a very strong difference!
