GLUTEN FREE ZUCCHINI MUFFIN IN A MUG
- Mix wet ingredients and mix thoroughly (Including zucchini)
- Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined
- Stir in walnuts
- Pour into greased dish
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the top is set and it is no longer jiggly
