Spinach Artichoke Dip

Trust me! If you're headed out to a friends house, or just hanging in watching movies this weekend, you are gonna wanna make this dip! Terra Chips are a perfect partner.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 10 oz block Frozen Chopped Spinach
2 14 oz cans Artichoke Hearts...drained and chopped
1/2 Red Bell...diced
1/2 cup Cashew Butter
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Green Onion...chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne (or a little more if you like the heat!)
Cook frozen block of spinach in frying pan over medium heat…breaking up as it cooks…about 10 minutes until no longer cold. Add artichokes and red bell. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
While spinach mixture is cooking…mix cashew butter, garlic, salt, cayenne and green onion. Add creamy mixture to pan and stir until mixed thoroughly. Serve warm with cucumber slices, or veggie chips.
