MY REVIEW:

I love my supplements that tie into my workouts. And glutathione is one. I use it 3x a day and especially after a workout. 20 squirts. As you read above it is a good supplement if you hit the weights too. Inflammation you want to really keep low. I like it way better than the pills. And I find it more effective with my soreness.
