Salisbury Steak
1.5 lb Ground Beef
2 Eggs
½ cup Onion…chopped
2 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/8 cup Coconut Aminos
1 lb Sliced Mushrooms
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 tbs Butter
3 Garlic Cloves…minced
¼ cup Fresh Parsley…chopped
1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
½ tbs Arrowroot
1 tsp Mustard Powder
2 Eggs
½ cup Onion…chopped

1/8 cup Coconut Aminos
1 lb Sliced Mushrooms
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 tbs Butter
3 Garlic Cloves…minced
¼ cup Fresh Parsley…chopped
1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
½ tbs Arrowroot
1 tsp Mustard Powder
Mix first 6 ingredients together and shape into patties. Place patties into a large skillet and cook 5 minutes each side or until both sides are browned. Drain fat from pan.
In stock pot, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden and fragrant. Add mushrooms and sauté until browned and cooked through. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and carefully add sauce to skillet with patties. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Serve patties smothered with sauce.
