Squats
Reverse Pull-Ups
Overhead Lunges



Burnout: 2-4 Rounds

PUSH IT Rep Workout



25 Jump Squats
25 Pike Push Ups
25 Prisoner Squats with Alternating Front Kicks
25 Decline Push Ups
25 Step Up/Knee Ups (EACH leg)
25 Tricep Dips
25 Bulgarian Split Squats (EACH leg)

Complete 4 rounds and then end with
25 Burpees!!!
