Paleo Slow Cooker Taco Soup

There are so many variations, I encourage you to take this recipe and make it your own!
  • Use chicken breasts and thighs in place of beef, skip the carrots and add a hefty amount of large sliced bell peppers for a “Chicken Fajita Soup”
  • Add green beans and chunks of potato for a stew
  • Use chorizo, sturdy white fish (like cod or halibut) and clams for a spicy Mexican-style Cioppino
