Buffalo Chicken over Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/8 cup Coconut Flour
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
Franks Red Hot Sauce

PREHEAT oven 425
In a bowl mix flours, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour coconut milk into separate bowl.

Dredge chicken breast in Coconut Milk...and dip into flour mixture. Bake 425 for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Drizzle with hot sauce dressing. Serve on top of salad.
(I like to mix my hot sauce with a little coconut milk and make a dressing with it)
