Carrot and Red Pepper Booster

Serves 2

Ingredients:
250 ml (9 fl oz) carrot juice
250 ml (9 fl oz) tomato juice
2 large red peppers, deseeded and roughly chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
-  Put the carrot juice and tomato juice into a food processor or blender and process gently until combined.
-  Add the red peppers and lemon juice. Season with plenty of freshly ground black pepper and mix until smooth.
-  Put the mixture into glasses and serve.
