Philipino Bistek

Marinade 1.5lbs thinly sliced sirloin with 8 cloves of garlic - minced, 1/2c coconut aminos, 1/4c calamansi juice and 1tbsp cracked black pepper for at least 1 hour. 

Separate meat from the liquid and pan fry the beef with some oil over high heat unti
l browned. Set aside. Pour the sauce into the pan and add 1 sliced large onion and stir until the sauce simmers. Return the meat back to the pan and sautee for a few more mins until everything is incorporated. Serve hot!
