Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Use an ice cream scoop or measuring cup to form patties the size of your choosing. I make mine on the larger side and get 5-6 burgers from this recipe.
Preheat skillet to medium and add 1 T fat of choice.
Cook patties on both sides until golden and a nice crust forms. If you don’t allow them to cook long enough, you will have trouble flipping them. About 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve with cut up fresh lemons and a side of sautéed spinach.
