Chocolate Berry Vegan Cake




  1. Combine almonds and cashews and grind using food processor.
  2. Pour mixture in bowl and combine with 4 tbsp. of cacao powder, 2 tbs. of agave, and 2 tabs. of coconut oil and mix well.
  3. Place this cake mixture inside a small round cake mold (2-3 inches). You can also use cupcake molds.
  4. Slice strawberries and place on top of cake.
  5. In separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of cacao, 1/2 cup of agave, and 1/4 cup of coconut oil and mix well.
  6. Top strawberry layer with this cholocate mixture and chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  7. Top cake with crushed granola and more strawberries.
