12 Minute Kettlebell Routine

Here is a simple 12 minute routine.
This can be easily fitted into anyone’s schedule when time is short.

The Routine:
- Shoulder Press (alternating right and left, 5 reps on each side)
- Kettlebell Swings
- Kettlebell Bicep Curls
- Clean and Press (alternating 5 reps on each side)
The 4 exercises are repeated 3 times for 1 minute each set with a 10 second rest between sets.
Please remember to warm-up before doing any routine and follow it with a cooling down exercise.
Don’t forget that you should take it easy at first and do not use a kettlebell that is too heavy for you or are not comfortable with.
