Complete as many rep’s of the following exercise’s before the minute is up: 2 Rounds 60 seconds ea 
1. Chest Press - using the Sandbag
2. Single Right Arm Chest Press 
3. Single Left Arm Chest Press  
4. Double Arm Bicep Curl  
5. Shoulder Press 
6. Tricep Dips - using the Screen Shot 2013-07-28 at 7.20.26 PM
7. Push Ups & Twist – using the Screen Shot 2013-07-28 at 7.20.26 PM
8. Clean & Press – using the Sandbag

- Try for 2 rounds
