Strawberry Kiwi Chia Pudding


Ingredients - 1 serving
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut milk (may substitute with regular milk, almond milk, etc)
  • 2 teaspoons real maple syrup
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 kiwi, sliced
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • Sliced almonds, optional
Directions
  1. Place coconut milk and maple syrup in mason jar. Cover with lid and shake well to combine. 
  2. Add the next five ingredients.  Cover with lid and shake well to combine.  
  3. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.  
  4. Refrigerate overnight. 
  5. May be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
