Squash Doritos


(Always use organic ingredients when available.)

Squash - organic
Olive oil - cold pressed

Dorito seasoning (from wholenewmom.com)

¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder or granules
1 teaspoon onion powder or granules
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
⅛ – ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 teaspoons Himalayan salt


Slice your squash thinly, around ⅛”
Place on a parchment paper lined pan
Spray lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle on Dorito seasoning mix above
Bake at 200 for about 2 hours or until crispy.
