As a reward for our efforts over the week we all get to take a well deserved 2 day active rest – & yes it really is a rest this time lol
We Need Rest Days To :
Restock Glycogen Stores
Build Strength
Minimize Fatigue
Reduce Risk of Overuse Injuries
Avoid Mental Burnout
Help Your Body Repair Itself
Eat well, enjoy these rest days as Monday we start on week 4 !!
