Thyroid Balance Stir fry

Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 small onion
Juice of half a lime
1 tsp Celtic sea salt
2 organic eggs
1 clove garlic if preferred
Instructions
Chop up the peppers and onions.
Saute veggies until softened, but not over-cooked.
Add 1 clove of garlic if preferred.
Crack in organic eggs and stir until solid.
Sprinkle in Celtic sea salt to taste.
