Asian Slaw


Paleo Asian-Inspired Slaw

½ tsp Chili Flakes
1 Garlic Clove
1/3 cup Coconut Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar (raw) or Coconut Crystals (if you’re off the sugar ;)
1 Tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
2 tsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Sea Salt
1/2 head Napa Cabbage (shredded, minus the middle)
1 Carrot (Shredded)
1/2 cup Broccoli (shredded stems, optional)
¼ cup Cucumber (cut into sticks)
3 Green Onions (1/3 cup)
Add the first 7 ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Add the coleslaw mix, carrots, broccoli and cucumbers and let sit for another 15 minutes (I put in the frig, but you don’t have to). Serve!
