EQUIPMENT

  • Large Glass Jar

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 2-3 tsp. Chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • sriracha to taste
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce or hoision.
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 oz. vermicelli rice noodles
  • button mushrooms sliced
  • Green Onions chopped
  • Cilantro
  • carrots julienned
  • jalapeno thinly sliced
  • handful of fresh spinach or shredded cabbage

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Place sauce ingredients at the bottom of the jar (bouillon, soy sauce, sriracha)
  • Add toppings and close lid tightly, refrigerate until you're ready to use.
  • Remove lid, add hot water, and replace lid. Let steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Stir well and enjoy!
