RAW Broccoli Hummus
This recipe is a perfect way to reap the amazing health benefits of broccoli, in a different and creative way, and the perfect way to make your kids eat their veggies! Your body will thank you for the boost of calcium and protein.
All you need is:
1 1/2 cups chopped raw broccoli
1 1/2 cups chopped raw zucchini
1/3 cup raw sesame tahini
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon organic mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
Freshly ground pepper
Begin by placing all the veggies into the food processor until they are finely chopped, and add the rest of the ingredients and blend them all till smooth, if you feel the mix is very thick add a thin stream of water until it reaches desired consistency. Use as a dip, on a wrap, or however you like. Enjoy!
